Hi, I’m Dr. Kris!
I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Certified BEST Doula.
During my first pregnancy, I was high-risk, seeing a perinatologist, and never felt at ease. This pregnancy came to term at 29 weeks following a diagnosis of pre-eclampsia. Two shots of steroids, two days of magnesium drip, and a cesarean later, my 2lb-1oz baby boy was born and spent the next 9 weeks in the NICU before going home. It was this experience that birthed my passion for supporting women surrounding pregnancy.
I specialize in high-risk pregnancies, because I understand what it feels like to be overwhelmed, stressed, unsure. I am committed to being part of your support system that mother’s you.
What is a doula?
The simple definition is a server. However, it is so much more. As a doula, I’m there before, during, and after your birth to be an addition to your support team. During that initial free consultation, I’m listening to see how I can best serve you, how I can best mother you as you enter into motherhood for the first time, or the tenth time!

A flat rate of $2,400 is charged.
Half ($1,200) is due at time of signing the contract. The other half ($1,200) is due AT 37 weeks to ensure Dr. Kris will be on-call from 38 weeks- 42 weeks for your birth.

To package Physical Therapy and Doula services, I will add PT sessions to your doula prenatal sessions, and a discount is given for those PT sessions.
